Vote via Microsoft Outlook

This feature is overlooked by many. And it was the case in my team as well. We used to create voting webpages to collect votes (we are a bunch of software enigneers anyway). But, now we send out voting emails instead as it is much simpler.

• To create and send out a poll, just "Use Voting Buttons" (customize options per your needs).

  

• Upon receiving this kind of emails, you can
  • Either respond in the preview pane directly

    

  • Or click the "Vote" button after openning the email.
